FR: tabbed sections for fieldsets #111

I think it would be useful to be able to split the UI for field sets (even inside a replicator, for example) in different tabs, when some of the fields are rarely used. For example, when some fields are related to the styling of that field.

This can be done with a revealer and a section, but one has to manually add the condition to all fields inside the section (because it isn't a container) and also there's suddenly too much information on the screen.
