Update entries when title_format changes

When using automatic titles, the title is saved based on the title_format in the collections configuration. See https://statamic.dev/collections#titles

When the title format is changed later on, you would save to save each entry again to update the title. I can think of two solutions here:

• Have a way to automatically update all entries/titles when the title_format changes (maybe optionally a way to update the slugs as well )
• Don't save the title in the entry --> It could be generated on the backend based on the title_format
