Prevent overwriting newer files (content, blueprints, fieldsets) #892

I often accidentally end up with two browser tabs with the same blueprint editor open.

Sometimes I do a load of work on one of those tabs, save it, then accidentally open the old blueprint in the old browser tab then click save, which overwrites the work I just did.

It would be good to have some failsafe to prevent overwrites on all edit forms.

I guess the same could be asked of anything (entries, etc) not just blueprints.
