Feature Request: Responsive Breakpoint Field #95

This may be possible already through customizing live preview controls, but I frequently use a series of dropdown or array fields to allow users to set section padding based on breakpoints.

It would be great to have a "Breakpoint" dropdown field that could be used as a conditional control in the editor, that would also sync up with Live Preview's breakpoints dropdown.

This way we could easily set up fields that are visible based on breakpoints — when in live preview mode, setting the breakpoint using either field (editor or live preview), would change both live preview and show the appropriate conditional fields.
