Update toggle.md #464

To be fair, I can't quite understand how toggle is working. I find the documentation for it is extremely vague. Just added a few pointers how it should have been. Again, sorry for the misleading code examples - like I've said, I couldn't understand how it's working. Just typed random codes for it lol.
