Describe the bug
When I drag a block in Bard to drop it somewhere, text in between is being selected, which results in uncontrollable scrolling, and I end up dropping the block somewhere I didn't intend to.
I think the issue appeared after the v2.11.10 upgrade, and I'm using Firefox.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to Control Panel for a page that uses bard
Paste some lorem ipsum
and create a block below, f.e. for an image
Click and hold to drag the block above the text
Expected behavior
The block displays a line above the text where you can drop it. When dropping it, the block is being moved to the new position.
