[Bug] New tags are lost on "Live Preview" page when back to edit

Describe the bug When I click on "Live Preview" and switch to tab "Sidebar" I enter new tags. When done (button) and back to the normal edit screen, the tags will disappear.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Collections
2. Go to Blogs
3. Edit What I Did Last Summer!
4. Click on 'Live Preview'
5. Switch to Sidebar tab
6. Enter tags
7. Click on 'Done' button

Expected behavior Tags (and all data) remain between the "Live Preview" and Edit page

Environment details:

• Statamic Version 2.11.12
• Fresh Install
• OS: MacOS 10.13.6
• Browser: Firefox 67.0.1 (64-bits), Chrome 74.0.3729.169 (64-bits)
• Web Server: Nginx
• PHP Version: 7.3.5

After tests... Live preview tags do not appear when they return to the edit page, but they are saved
