When creating a new page/entry, typing into the Title field will automagically create a correctly formatted slug. When duplicating an item the old slug is appended with a "-1", "-2" etc to avoid duplicates, however when changing the Title, the slug remains unchanged so it means you have to manually update the slug as well, removing capitals and adding dashes etc which negates at least part of the time saving of duplicating the page/entry in the first place.

It would be great when editing the title it would update the slug for you, or alternately, a "generate slug from title" feature/button in the slug field... (maybe like a little refresh style circle of arrow inside the textfield to indicate a regeneration of the slug from the title)
