[Bug] can't access to control panel from google chrome

Describe the bug

Hi gentlemen! I'm having issue when trying to login into Statamic control panel. This problem happen with Statamic latest release on Google Chrome only. (Opera, Firefox, Safari doesn't have this problem) Just to be sure, I've completely remove browser cache and I'm using private session to be sure no addons is running... Sadly I don't have any console error... it's just Google Chrome that try to load the page for ever...

I am encountering a similiar issue running the latest version of Statamic using Internet Explorer on Windows 7. I can duplicate the issue in Browserstack quite easily. 12 or so Statamic versions ago the login form worked without any issue.
