Can't reorder Grid rows when the grid is not on the first section tab #2444

Describe the bug Can't reorder Grid fieldtype rows when the grid is not on the first Section tab.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Make a grid
  2. Put it on the second section tab
  3. Try and reorder it

If you add a row it then starts to work, it's like it's not being initialised .
