Upgrade to for Statamic 5.x, and provide as an addon #3

This is a first attempt at upgrading Wikilinks to Statamic 5.x, and providing it as an addon.

Becoming an addon provides an easier installation route, but also opens up the possibility of extending the functionality.

At the moment, this upgrade provides exactly the same functionality as the previous version.

It's working fairly nicely for me in test. But I'm a (1) a writer rather than a developer, and just know enough code to be dangerous; (2) a complete Statamic & Laravel newbie, so may have made some silly mistakes. It's worth checking!

I've also got some ideas for improving this, but not much knowledge of how. I'll open an issue with some ideas. If any of them appeal to you, I'm happy to keep contributing as far as my ability (and learning ability) goes.
