psuedo-count for x-star #1

Looks like I forgot to add in a proper psuedo-count for x-star. Zinka has fixed this but it needs to be moved to this repository. Thought it could be a good chance to practice making a pull request, and for me to review it!

Included pseudo counts for xstar and pushed new version to repository.
