BULK REMOVAL AND NEW UPLOAD: Esmeraldas (remove 37; upload 48) #207

Data and metadata are ready to be uploaded for Esmeraldas. NOTE: We must FIRST delete all of their 2017 workshop/local data that is currently in the 2CGeoNode (37 layers). The list of files to be removed can be found here:

Once those datasets are removed, we need to add the new/updated data and metadata found here (48 layers) :

@ingenieroariel we will need to make a script to bulk delete layers for this one

@sophialinn the layers listed in the spreadsheet are not in the metadata spreadsheet form. Also some are in red, are those the only ones to be deleted?

@kalxas The data layers listed in the B column of this spreadsheet need to be removed (regardless of color).

The data layers in column D of that same spreadsheet should be the ones that we have new DATA and METADATA for. the problem is that all the scripts need a metadata type spreadsheet to work, so I need a spreadsheet with the layer name at least to get them removed from geonode.
