LUC DEC event is now full #30

This event wasn't ever publicised publicly properly, but I eventually found out from somebody: "pretty much reached capacity internally so weren't going to invite any more" https://twitter.com/Johnny_Henshall/status/666662109493727232
So best to label it as "now full" I guess
