Fix rsm test_rsm_a by returning appropriately sorted leverages #47

Add sort order for evaluation leverages to eval results

They are displayed in run order but returned in standard order, making it difficult to set up tests.

I disabled (skipped) one RSM test in test_rsm_a.py (see test_evaluation_leverages) temporarily.
