[ ] Create a new Spago module
halogen-wiring-explorer
(or something along those lines.)
[ ] Give it the loading and viewing transactions/wirings/diagrams/nets functionality that the studio has, minus the PNPRO project and editing bits.
[ ] Factor code common to studio out into some shared place
NB: Don't forget there might be uncommitted studio WIP work.
[ ] Publish wiring explorer on Netlify.
[ ] Do we need a new URL for this, alongside
edit.studio.cloud
