change name of repo #13

It doesn't need to have "nitro" in it.

We could have SCBridge-Wallet (or whatever our hackathon submission title is).

Submission title is SCBridgeAccount, but was constrained to 15 characters. SC here stands for StateChannel but might be read by others as smart contract.

OK I went with SCBridge-Wallet for now (I think it is marginally easier to tell a story with).
