run bob on scroll #161

⚠️ This updates bob's env var so they connect to the scroll network ⚠️

If doing an L1 payment from Bob make sure to change the recipient to another address. The contract deployed to 0xe7f1725e7734ce288f8367e1bb143e90bb3f0512 is broken and will fail to receive funds.

To run

  1. Start hardhat a: yarn chain:a
  2. Deploy to hardhat a yarn deploy:a
  3. Start the UI yarn start
