More deploy targets #183

This just adds the hardhat config for the additional chains I've deployed contracts to (or I'm about to deploy to). I've also updated chain.ts to include the chains.

See this doc for the addresses.

@lalexgap I added a PR into this one with logos for ETH testnets and hardhat. Could merge that one first if you like.
