2014 governor results are suspect #6

shows LFK voting red with far undercounted D votes.

The problem is in the openstates-data-ks files which appear to have been parsed entirely from PDFs for all state level races.

I have newer data for governor from SOS, and have emailed again asking for other state races so I can regenerate all the csv files from the sources.
