• [x] Update probable mistakes file with latest info
• [x] Update mapping file, ensuring latest correspondence between eBird and India checklist names (Create new SoIB_mapping_2024 from existing SoIB_mapping_2022)
• [x] Latest taxonomy changes wherever applicable in the code
• [x] Ensure all necessary input data files for main methods paper (i.e., 2023 data and results) stored separately, before overwriting with 2024 updates.
