Code to use the SoIB results to recommend redlist revisions This code reads the SoIB results and 3-generation and extrapolates the mean annual decline by the 3-generation period. It also outputs relevant comparisons with pure exponential projection as well as current redlist. The output file is also included - but will change in the next iteration

@paintedstork In line 12 of the script, you mention that 3genbli.csv is not in repository and will have to be requested separately. But, both csvs still exist.
