The demuxlet is running too slowly. #105

Hi~ We have used demuxlet for demultiplexing, but it takes two days to complete a single task, which is too slow. I suspect that there might be an issue with my parameter settings. Is there any solution to improve the running speed? We hope to receive your answer and guidance on this matter.
