I am running demuxlet on the single cell data from PacBio with default params, but there seems to be no output result. The .best and .sing2 files are empty with only header, and .single showed all 0 for RD.PASS, RD.UNIQ, N.SNP, LLK1 and LLK0.
I am just wondering if there should be any changes on the params and any suggestions for running demuxlet on the long read dataset.
