autoreconf may not run as is #8

At least for me autoreconf is expecting ~/tmp and ./m4 to exist otherwise it'll give errors. Maybe add an empty ./m4 folder and add a note to the installation instructions about ~/tmp.

I'm having this same problem. Is there a fix planned?

To workaround, I just created the m4 directory inside the demuxlet directory. It would be better for users if this wasn't necessary.
