This is very late but --tag-umi MA should work for Rhapsody. However, I do notice that the run is extremely slow with this tag present. We're talking about >10-fold slower. I'm wondering if there's a reason for this. It doesn't seem to affect 10x files as much.
I need to use a demuxlet to demultiplex the data generated by BD Rhapsody platform. I checked the --tag-umi and --tag-group formats of the data generated by Bhapsody, but I don't know how to enter the input in the options.
Can you give me an example?
