Minor ui updates #53

Purpose

Minor UI updates

Changed some wording and styling (made buttons smaller)
Added navbars to region and single-variant views
Moved style code to common.css

How to test this

Click navbar buttons and make sure they take you to the proper sections
Make sure searchbox works correctly

It's showing for me.

When you have more than one server, oftentimes there are cache servers that can get stuck serving old data for a time. Remind me in ~1hr and I'll merge once the infrastructure has had a chance to recover from the outage.
