The GWAS catalog now allows download of full summary statistics for a selection of studies. https://www.ebi.ac.uk/gwas/downloads/summary-statistics
We should explore these files and determine whether they can be ingested into my.locuszoom.org (including harmonized ref and alt). That would allow us to provide more powerful sample links.
