I've just been working on some plots using the new website and have not been able to find an option to label the top variant in a region on the plot. Is there currently a way to do this? This is one of my favorite features of the old version, so, if not, I'd love to see it implemented here.
Options:
LD reference variant + display options. Quick and convenent but if LDrefvar != top hit, might be unexpected behavior.
Add a tooltip command to "add label to point", so the user can select one or more points. Ideally, this would provide a toggle (add/remove label). Challenge: make sure that the labels persist when a new region is fetched. (eg, if we added a marker to every field and a new data request overwrote elements. LD uses plot.state)
