I am trying to run the following command :
locuszoom --build hg38 --metal SNPs.txt --pop EUR --source 1000G_Nov2014 --refgene BIRC3 --bed-tracks chip_seq.bed
However, the plot generated does not include the bed tracks in it, nor does it pop up in the "Options in effect" table. What could be going wrong here?
