[request] Change what buttons are shown by default #138

Description

Tracking demo feedback: we would like to show fewer buttons on the associations panel by default. (eg autohide download button, omit pixel size and region size, etc)

Will check with Ben to see if these buttons have a strong enough niche to make them available as part of a (child) standard layout.

Addressed in newest develop branch. Will go out with LZ.js 0.8.
