Support log-log axis scales #205

We are increasingly seeing datasets with large ranges of pvalues. Support a plotting option in which panels can render using logarithmic axis scales, eg for log-log plots.

This is a somewhat more refined alternative vs "broken"/ "discontinuous" axis scales implemented elsewhere. (eg pheweb)
