Change the default representation of LocusZoom plots for version 14, featuring more compact and publication-friendly options

[x] New "ribbon" style LD legends (vertical and horizontal options are supported)- take up less space and will help support multiLD in the future.
[x] Support publication theme options with 20-50% larger font sizes by default
[x] Association panels are 20% taller by default, so that the plot looks better on full screen / responsive layouts
