Implemented server side and UI for visualisation of the finemapping results for proteomics QTL in imputed SNPs on FINNGEN. Shown in the table are finemapping results from Susie combined between two platforms, Olink and SomaScan. For each leading variant a nested table containing disease colocalizations is shown, if present.
