Standalone `sav` program #15

Hello. Would it be possible to provide a standalone version of the sav utility as a download ?

This would simplify the "installation" and allow users to try the utility by simple download instead of installing from (ana)conda or building from source. (E.g., as a standalone binary for GNU/Linux).

Please try one of the binary packages in the releases section (e.g., https://github.com/statgen/savvy/releases/download/v2.0.1/savvy-2.0.1-Linux-cli.sh).

Sorry I didn't look in the release section, my bad. I just searched in the "Installing" section of the README.
