Website still points to code on sourceforge #15

The website at http://ditaa.sourceforge.net/ still points to the SourceForge svn repo, not this GitHub one. It also links to the 0.9 release, not the 0.10 one.

And the 0.10 release doesn't seem to have a binary JAR distribution, just source ones, though the earlier releases on SourceForge had both. Makes it harder to install.

Found when working on the Homebrew formula to install ditaa on OS X; see homebrew/homebrew#48372.
