Because it is unsigned (i assume) on my 9500, i can only give it 'one shot'
access to my calendar database. When it goes into its update cycle it asks
for permission to updated every entry. the same is true for network access etc.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. anything that reads/writes to the calendar database.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
not to be asked questions.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest beta. Nokia 9500 Communicator.

Please provide any additional information below.
I have not looked at the code, but would it be possible to get the whole
thing done in one transaction?

Can you increase the permission of the application through the Nokia App
Manager?
What happens if you give GCalSync full access?

You cannot. It only allows the options of 'no' and 'oneshot', whereas you do
not have
that problem with signed apps.

We are in the process of getting Symbian Publisher ID. It will take at least
3-4
weeks for the process to complete. We will let you know when a signed Symbian
jar
file will be available

As of version 2.0.3, JAR files signed with Verisign Class 3 Digital IDs.
