Schedule task improvments #94

This feature isn't easy to discover and use. Lacking documentation, still a bit rough around the edges on how things get executed etc.

For the v1.5, this feature will get some major improvements:

Log (info) so while developing it's clear what's going on
Add a way to add tasks at runtime, so a production running instance can start processing new tasks without restarting
Create documentation, examples and videos
Tests all 3 different supported task types (call a function, publish a message to pubsub topic, make an HTTP call)
