libssh2 #5

I updated Julia to 0.6.0-dev.740 on Friday. Today when I try to update, I get the following message:

E: /var/cache/apt/archives/julia_0.6.0-3000~201609260634~ubuntu16.04.1_amd64.deb: trying to overwrite '/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libssh2.so.1.0.1', which is also in package libssh2-1:amd64 1.5.0-2

The install fails.

OS: Linux Mint 18 Updating via the built-in Update Manager.

Today (Sept. 27, 2016), updating Julia went just fine.
