Strongly consider moving posts.html to posts/index.html #13

See https://github.com/statiqdev/statiqdev.github.io/issues/32 - IIS gets fussy when there are extensionless files that have the same name as folders. Moving /posts.html to /posts/index.html (and likewise for tags.html) seems like a simple way to guard against that without breaking anyone.
