Document markdown syntax/flavors #10

There's no standard syntax, so it'd be helpful to document what is supported by the current parser.

For example, ++ for underline.

Nevermind, looks like ++ is already supported for this. Mostly a discoverability issue around which markdown syntax is supported. Changing title to reflect.
