Easier add package and link to CleanBlog #31

Reduce friction to getting started by adding the --prerelease param and directing users to the CleanBlog starter project.

Brilliant! I honestly had no idea the --prerelease flag even existed, I've always used an explicit version - but that's a pain to look up the most recent. This is so much better.
