Provide a quick template for

new folks who wanna quick try statiq
Testers, who need a quick preview of statiq blog or cleanBlog for testing purposes

I've been working on a wholesale revamp of the docs in the api branch and unfortunately this looks like it'll conflict at this point. I'm going to close this PR and revisit once the new site it up and running.
