Improve multiple measurements tab #40

The changes I implemented so far are mostly under the hood, nothing juicy for the user:

[x] show growth reference name
[x] automatically generate the list of available measurements based on the current growth reference
[x] use DT to render the table
...

I'd say to review and merge this now and add plots in another pull request.

If only Travis wasn't broken...

Apparently updating data.table makes the test pass on macOS.

In #41, based on this branch, Travis couldn't bootstrap packrat. I'm now explicitly installing packrat, not sure this is the best solution but seems to do the trick.

I wonder, could we meet to plan out the rest of the software development cycle? I'm assuming you will aim to stop active development after March, so I'm keen to optimise the work in the time that remains.
