In a sense, the output from diffacto is already scaling with the TIC, i.e. its a weighted geometrical mean of the TICs of the informative peptides. In your mind, which TIC would you scale to? The TIC of the most abundant peptide?

Ah ok sorry, my bad - that's exactly what we want. I guess I misunderstood a quick chat we had about the result file.
