TMT data for ID and Precursor Quan only? #23

Thanks for this wonderful tool! I'm wondering if it can be used for TMT data to improve the ID and precursor quan? Obviously, we would need to trace the clusters back to the individual PSM for reporter quan.

In principle this should indeed be possible if you have multiple TMT batches, but I haven't tried this yet. I'll be happy to help if you want to give this a try.
