Hi all, a quick update from February 13:

I have run the identification pipeline for both datasets here the results: ftp://ftp.pride.ebi.ac.uk/pride/data/proteogenomics/projects/eubic-2020/datasets/
The clustering results has been added to the clustering folder in both folders.
Can anyone run the identification metrics and the identification metrics on this data?
@Lev Levitsky Can you guys update the notebook to accept multiple id files.

@ypriverol I'd suggest to also add msCRUSH to the analysis. They are the only ones who claim in their paper that they can increase id rates.
