Change of coverage metric to prediction coverage and catalog coverage. #8

I added the catalog coverage and renamed yours coverage metric as prediction coverage. Regarding metrics definition, I based on the popular paper "Beyond Accuracy: Evaluating Recommender Systems by Coverage and Serendipity"
