[x] Introduce fixArima to disable automdl and save the model specification
[x] Introduce fixOutlier to move automatic detected outlier to fixed outliers, except for a given time span at the end of the series
[ ] Introduce fixTransform if auto transform is enabled, fix transform of the last run
