Checklist before submitting to CRAN

Directions for use

1. Create an appropriately named issue (e.g., "Release package version version.").
2. Copy-paste this file into the issue text to provide the checklist functionality.
3. After a commit directly pursuant to a checkbox item, uncheck all checkboxes below it.

• [x] *pkg*.tar.gz: R CMD check passes with ENABLE_statnet_TESTS=yes environment variable and --run-donttest.

After release

dang. i would have recommended a major version upgrade to 1.0 given the back end egor change.

Fair enough. I jumped from 0.6 to 0.9 to signify that it's "almost there", but that might just be my lack of self-confidence. Anyway, the ticket with that version number's been up for a week, but I know everyone's been running ragged.

and the summary with scaleto got fixed?

summary() printing was the reason I thought sending a resubmission was worth it. Version number was a nice bonus.

scaleto was not a bug but a user error. See https://github.com/statnet/Workshops-private/issues/18#issuecomment-865440911.
